Goal: For students to learn about taking a cupcake to the next level by adding a filling and fun decorations (including fondant), by executing the recipe, Apple Cupcakes.
How: Students will learn how to properly cut & dice an apple, cook a homemade filling, and how to use simple decorations & candies to create a “disguised” apple cupcake. Students will work with fondant to see how to shape & give texture to the “leaves”.
