Goal: For students to learn about adding natural sweeteners to a dish & the importance of measuring ingredients to reach the best flavor, by executing the recipe, Chocolate Brownie Batter Hummus with Sliced Apples.

How: Students will learn how to slice apples for dipping, and how to combine ingredients in a food processer to make smooth hummus. Students will be excited to try a “sweet” hummus – a nice twist from the classic savory hummus!
