Goal: For students to learn about different types of hummus – sweet & savory, work on cutting techniques, and learn to flavor a recipe to the chef’s liking, by executing the recipe, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Homemade Pita Chips.

How: Students will learn how to safely blend ingredients in a food processor, how to properly hold a knife when demonstrating a variety of knife cuts, and how to turn a delicious bread into seasoned chips!
