Cooking Up Science Camp with Tiny Chefs and Mad Science
Tiny Chefs and Mad Science are teaming up for an exciting cooking and science workshop on Saturday, March 3rd!

$90 for the full-day or $45 for the half-day (either Tiny Chefs in the AM or Mad Science in the PM)
Ages: 6 – 12 years old
Grades: K-6th Grade
We are starting off the morning with Tiny Chefs and learning about different forms an ingredient can take, and the way it transforms in certain recipes. In this “ONE-TWO-THREE, BAKE” workshop, your little chef will be experimenting through baking with donuts and muffins, all while finding out the science behind the ingredients they use!
Recipes: Sweet Potato Donuts with Marshmallow Glaze and Blueberry Muffins with blueberries two ways!
Now that their bellies are full, the children will begin the afternoon with Mad Science! Chemistry is part of your everyday life, but what is Chemistry? Explore this great topic and use chemistry to make your own sidewalk chalk and a chocolate candy roll. Cook up a chemical reaction! Blow up a balloon with yeast. Go on a nutrient hunt. Act out digestion from start to finish. See how much energy burning calories can give you.
Note: Please bring a lunch and a water bottle for your child.
