Is your junior chef itching for a challenge in the kitchen? They’ll feel like a Food Network star competing on their own version of Chopped! Junior at our newest summer camp. Each day will reveal 4 “mystery” ingredients that our young chefs will need to incorporate as they work together in small teams with rotating jobs to create appetizer, entree and dessert courses. Instructors will teach from a curriculum that gets progressively more challenging as the week goes on. The final day of camp culminates with student teams assigning “mystery” ingredients to their peers, upping the X-factor for what’s on the menu that day as they put their new skills to the test!
