American Diner Challenge | Learning all about 3-course meals is what this two-day spring break camp is focused on! Three themes, presented as one Combo meal for our students. We took our best summertime favorite American Cuisine recipes, used them as the basis to create an All-American Diner the campers will use to model their own restaurants, and then threw in a Chopped!-style twist, forcing the students to deal with a restauranteur’s worst nightmare—the wrong ingredients being delivered to their café! If your Tiny Chef dreams of being the next Bobby Flay or Rachel Ray, or competing on Top Chef, let them put their creative minds to work over spring break in our two-day program!
Note: Please bring a lunch and water bottle to the program.
